MOL

In the MOL collection Isabel Moncada was inspired by molecular structures, by observing certain patterns found in nature.

Following her impulse to mold materials with her hands and go beyond limits or standardized forms, she invented a connecting piece to achieve different configurations and thus adapt to different projects and spaces. This piece contains in its organic form a natural algorithm that is projected with asymmetry,  subtly emulating branched forms.

The structural pieces of this collection are made with the same traditional technique of bronze sculptures, the lost wax casting method.
